- a search tool that allows them to search and browse job postings and apply for jobs online by attaching their résumé
- a cover letter tool that allows job seekers to create default cover letters and attach them during the application process

For the Website Administrator
Site functionality for the website administrator includes:
- a member manager tool that allows them to search/view/add/update/delete and approve/unapprove any job seeker or employer on the site
- a job manager tool that allows them to search/view/add/update/delete and approve/unapprove any job postings on the site
- a document/news manager tool that allows them to search/view/add/update/delete any news items and set posting, archive, and expiry dates for content
- an events manager tool which allows them to search/view/add/update/delete any events
- a stats manager that allows the website administrator to generate reports on new registrations, site traffic, job view numbers, résumé view numbers, job searches, and résumé searches
- an e-newsletter manager that allows the administrator to send emails to employers and job seekers
