We host CommunityServer at our secure, Tier 1 facility, so you don’t have to install any additional hardware or software at your location. Dual Mode Editing
As an added convenience, and to accommodate people’s preferences, CommunityServer has two ways to access and edit your site’s content. You can either access your content through “fill-in screens” using the administrative side of the product or you can access it through the Website component of the product and use an editing bar that appears on each Web page where there is content that you can edit.

Workflow and Approvals
Part of setting up security levels is identifying who has the authority to approve and “unapprove” content. You have the option of having one person approve all content changes that are made by people within a group or you can give several individuals that authority.

User Management
Create a database of users without purchasing special software to do it. Add and edit user types so that you can use them to specify what Website content you want them to be able to view. Use the export feature to transfer the information in your database to Excel so that you can manipulate and format it.

Version Control
When you first add content to your site and when you change it, CommunityServer automatically creates an ongoing history. All versions of that content, even if it has never been posted on your Website, are kept on file and can be viewed, made the current content on your Website, or deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your site can become even more of a hit if, in addition to providing information about your organization, it also provides links to other valuable sources of information such as your affiliates or background information to claims that you make on your site.
